Every food business operators need to take FSSAI License which is the basic requirement to start a Food Business. If a person is operating the business in a single state then the person is required to take FSSAI State License. If a person is operating in more than one state then he is required to take Central FSSAI License. If a person is operating the different business under single premises then he needs to obtain one FSSAI Registration/FSSAI License.
